CortexaNote enables you to transfer generated notes directly into supported electronic health record systems using the CortexaNote browser extension.
Connecting your system
Before continuing, confirm that your EHR system is supported. See available integrations here.
Sign in to your EHR.
Navigate to the appropriate patient.
Open the CortexaNote browser extension.
Sign in to your CortexaNote account.
Open the visit you wish to transfer.
Review your notes to ensure their accuracy.
Click the CortexaNote icon located within the text boxes.
Select the appropriate headers for each text box.
CortexaNote will insert your selection into the designated field.
CortexaNote automatically transfers notes into the appropriate fields in your system. Please review the transferred notes before saving them to the patient's record.
