What is a team?
A team enables multiple clinicians to collaborate within a single workspace. Each team member maintains their own CortexaNote account, and all benefit from shared tools and a centralized subscription managed by the team administrator.
How to create a team
Once you subscribe to the Practice plan, CortexaNote automatically creates a team for you.
Changing your team name
Select the Team tab on the left-hand menu.
Select the pencil icon at the top to edit your team name.
Inviting team members
Select 'Add team member' in the upper-right corner of your screen.
Enter the clinician's email address. To join the team, they must create their CortexaNote account using this email address.
How to join a team
You join a team through an invitation from a team administrator, sent to you by email.
If you receive an email invitation:
Open the invitation email.
Select Accept Invitation.
Sign in to your CortexaNote account, or create a new account using the same email.
