Understanding plan allowances

You can view your current monthly usage and see when your allowances reset from either the web platform or the mobile app.

On the web:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing.

  2. Under Plan & billing, you can view your current monthly usage, remaining balance, and allowance reset dates.

In the mobile app:

Open settings in the upper-right corner to view your current usage and allowance information.

What if I exceed my plan limits?

Your account will remain active. Features that have reached their plan limits will be unavailable until the allowance resets or you upgrade. Features that have not reached their limits will remain available.
