Create your account
On the web platform:
Head over to our website at https://cortexanote.com/en/
Click the Try Cortexa button in the upper-right corner.
Select Sign Up.
Complete the on-screen instructions to finish creating your account.
Using the mobile app:
Download and open our mobile app.
Tap Sign Up or continue using an Apple or Google account.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your account creation.
Once your account is created, log in through the web platform or the CortexaNote mobile app to explore available tools and set up your workflow.
Get your team onto CortexaNote
To get your team on CortexaNote, first ensure you are subscribed to our Practice plan. Then, navigate to Team Settings and add the users you'd like to include. Team administrators manage team billing. For team-related questions, reach out to support.

What's included in our free plan?
The Starter plan provides access to essential note-generation features, allowing you to create notes with basic templates. The plan includes up to 10 note generations per month.

Actions that count as a note generation
Each time you generate or regenerate a note, it counts as one note generation.
Making the most of your plan
Ensure your transcript is accurate and you have selected your preferred template before generating notes. If only a few details are missing, consider manually editing the notes instead of regenerating them entirely.
