What is Evidence?
Evidence organizes trusted clinical facts alongside your notes. Unlike a standard search or typical AI chatbot, Evidence not only provides answers but also explains its reasoning and lists the sources used to reach each conclusion.
You can use Evidence for:
Quick clinical answers
Medication safety and dosing checks
Treatment decisions
Exam preparation
Source Control
Source control enables you to choose the sources of your information. Rather than relying on unverified internet sources, CortexaNote cites regional guidelines, primary evidence, and any sources you or your organization add.
To give you confidence in Evidence, CortexaNote will construct its responses solely from the sources you authorize.
How it works
Evidence functions conversationally, meaning you are not limited to a single question. You can ask follow-up questions, refine your search, and CortexaNote will suggest further questions to help you explore topics more deeply.
Navigate to the Evidence tab on the left-hand menu.
Ask any clinical question to your chat.
You will receive an answer to your question, a list of all sources reviewed, and direct access to those sources without any paywalls.
When using Evidence, you may request CortexaNote to generate a summary table of all relevant information. This feature is helpful for quick reference during consultations or when preparing for clinical work.
