Linking Previous Visits

Link a visit to a patient to keep related recordings, notes, and background information organized.

Written by Billy Ma

Linking visits to patients helps keep related visits organized and makes it easier to reference previous visits when reviewing a patient’s history.

Automatically include past visits

CortexaNote can automatically include past visits linked to the same patient.

To enable this:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Data management.

  2. Enable Automatically include past visits.

When this setting is enabled, CortexaNote can use relevant past visits from the linked patient to provide additional context.
