Upon logging in, the workspace displays all your sessions, organized by date.

For new users, the workspace appears empty until a session is created.

Press Add Patient Details to link a patient to your session. CortexaNote will take into consideration patient notes and any relevant past sessions.

Use the context field above patient details to add notes or information that may not be spoken aloud during the visit. Files can be uploaded directly using the Attachment button.

Before recording, select the languages used in the session for optimal transcription results. Adjust note settings—such as voice, style, and language—either before or after the session as needed.

Before starting, ensure the correct microphone is selected—your phone’s built-in mic, an external microphone, or the CortexaNote Recorder. Then tap Start Recording to begin your session.

After your session, notes are generated automatically using your default template. To use a different template, select Add Template and choose from the available options under session details.

In the Workspace, tap the small recorder icon in the upper-left corner to manage your CortexaNote Recorders.

Account settings are accessed from the upper-right corner of the Workspace, where you can view plan limits and adjust app and note preferences.

CortexaNote requires an internet connection to generate notes. Recording can continue offline, and any sessions recorded offline will sync automatically when your device reconnects to the internet.
